Earth Day Presentation

Join us for an Earth Day presentation! Jes Sdao, from Talkin' Trash with Jes, formerly an educator with Spartanburg Waste Management, will be presenting Recycling 101 for our students. Following the presentation, students can work together to upcycle trash into some creative sculptures. Glue and tape will be provided.  Families will need to gather "trash" to bring. Examples might be boxes, bottles, junk mail, etc. I recommend rinsing bottles and keeping things as clean as possible. If families will bring scissors as well, that will be helpful! Those who would rather just participate in the presentation are welcomed to just attend for that part. The cost to reserve your spot will be $2 per student. 

Tickets will be non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcomed to transfer your ticket to someone who can attend.  This will be up to you as coordinators will not have time to handle this.
