TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sponsor slots are for one sponsor only. Sponsors may not share slots.

All sponsors must be approved by the Upstate Homeschool Expo organizers.

All sponsor material must be family friendly, and apolitical: determining if a material fits those requirements will be left to the discretion of Upstate Homeschool Expo organizers, and any materials deemed in violation will not be allowed on expo items, or in attendee tote bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to venue rental costs, no refund can be given for cancellations, unless there is another sponsor able to take your place (replacement sponsor must still apply to be a sponsor).

Once expo items (shirts, signs, tote bags, etc.), are sent to the printer, no changes may be made to any sponsor information that was to be printed on the items.  You will be sent information on deadlines for submissions.

If event organizers have to change the date of the expo, refunds will be made available.
