State House and Museum Field Trip

This field trip consists of touring the South Carolina State House and exploring the South Carolina State Museum.

We will be traveling to and from comfortably in a coach bus that accommodates up to 56 people. No worries of running late or fumbling for directions!

• Departing at 9 am. 
• First stop will be at the South Carolina State House, we will take a 1 hour long guided tour and watch a 15-minute video on the history and architecture of the State House
• Second stop will be at South Carolina State Museum, we get to explore the 4 floors of the large museum that is filled with exhibits on history, art, natural history, and science and technology. We also get to enjoy a 35-minute show in the 55-foot digital dome planetarium. *The information on the exact show that we will be viewing will be given to us on August 1st.
• Will break for lunch at the South Carolina State Museum. Hoping the Crescent Café will be reopened by then - if not will plan an alternate lunch stop or all can plan to bring own lunches.
• Returning at 4 pm.

Cost: $28 per person (ages 2 and up)

Seat Infant: $24

Lap Infant: Free

-The cost covers the bus fee and the state museum admission. State House does not charge a touring fee.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide refunds due to being charged a set amount (which will be divided by 56 attendees) for the bus rental.
