Join us for this adventure-filled event that includes an entrance into the wilderness (opening ceremony), competitive games, award ceremony, and the ultimate water cool down!!!
The theme for Field Day 2024 is... ADVENTURE!

Each participant will receive a shirt to coordinate with their team. Each team’s shirt color is listed below.

- GAMES
- Baton Relay Race - “Buddy System” the importance of staying together
- Kick the Croquet - “Stay on Trail”
- Limbo - “Carry the Essentials,” what you should bring with you
- Obstacle Course - “First Aid Information,” while adventuring through nature it is important to know how to care for yourself
- Tug of War - “Fight or Flight,” wildlife safety information
- Water Cup Relay - “Put Out The Fire,” Wilderness Fire Safety
--- The teams will participate in all games. Notes will be provided to each Parent Team Leader to help direct them on which game to start from and which game to move on to next and so forth.
- OPENING PARADE CEREMONY
We will have a designated area for all teams to gather. Participants will go to the center of the field after entering the wilderness and cheer on the other teams entering. Optional for all participants: create signs, banners, or flags to represent your team.
- ADVENTURE PASSPORT
Participants will receive an Adventure Passport to get stamped at each game station.
- AWARD CEREMONY
After all teams have completed the games, they will gather at the center of the field to receive their medals. The winning team that has won most games in their category will receive a gold medal and the other winning team will receive a silver medal. Designs for all medals will be identical, just will differ by color: gold and silver.
For Example: Rocky Rangers has won most games against their competitor team; Rocky Rangers team members will receive a gold medal and Cloud Chasers team members will receive a silver medal.
- FIRETRUCK WATER COOL DOWN
A firetruck will come and spray water for the ultimate cool down! Be prepared to be soaked by remembering to bring towels and a change of clothes.
- PARENT TEAM LEADER
The Parent Team Leader will be provided with a whistle and clipboard with notes and will help coordinate with:
Directing team to next game Aiding participants to move quickly though games Keeping score We will contact all Parent Team Leaders a week before the event.
*We really appreciate any who decides to take the role as a Parent Team Leader as you will be a key person in helping this event flow flawlessly.
- PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT
Because of the size of this event, in order to register your children, you must be willing to volunteer an adult or teenager from your family. Currently, we only need parent team leaders (2 per team), game station leaders (8), and check-in volunteers (4), but more roles may be added if needed. Open volunteer positions are on the registration form. If no one volunteers, we will have to randomly assign volunteers. Some allowances may be made for those who have a physical issue preventing them from fulfilling the role where a volunteer is needed.
- REGISTRATION
Please select your child's team & shirt size to register.
Registration will end on April 26th, at 6pm.
Will not be able to process refunds after April 26th since shirt orders will be placed.
Field Day 2024 will be a wonderful experience for everyone, and we are extremely excited to share this experience with each one of you! LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN!!!
