2025 Closing Ceremony & The Time Traveler's Ball

Closing ceremony, food, Yellowbobbypins Art Camp project, and "The Time Travelers Ball (please note, that the ball is now a part of this, not a separate event)."

Activity, & ball, are free to members, but registration is required for budgeting purposes, and capacity. We will also have food that is covered as well, snacks and treats, maybe something more - budget dependent. Please let us know in advance if you have to cancel, so we have the headcount correct for the food & activity costs.

DEADLINE to register is May 8.

If you have not met your volunteer requirement for the year, we could use some help with set-up, and clean-up.

Schedule:

6pm: All grade levels are brought up, and each child given a certificate specific to something to be celebrated about them.
