Our students are participating, along with schools from around the country, in a giant mosaic flag for the 250th birthday of the United States! We are part of the red stripes! Students write down thoughts, well wishes, or make a drawing, on a square of red cloth that becomes part of the flag!

Our students are participating, along with schools from around the country, in a giant mosaic flag for the 250th birthday of the United States! We are part of the red stripes! Students write down thoughts, well wishes, or make a drawing, on a square of red cloth that becomes part of the flag! What a cool opportunity!
My America has sent us 50 red fabric squares for the students to write, or draw on, that reflect what they are proud of their country for, their hopes for America's future, or a birthday wish for America's 250! This is a positive, and apolitical, project.
PARTICIPATION: We have 50 tiles, though it does say students can collaborate, there should be one message on each tile. So, for example, two kids could team up, decide what to say, and write that down.

Red Tile (grades K-12th)
One per student, unless we have more than 50 kids wanting to participate, then we will ask if any friends, or siblings, can collaborate.
